Need to unwind after a long day? Join us for a fun and effective workout that will help you de-stress and recharge. This class combines low impact strength training with active recovery to leave you feeling energized. We'll start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement, followed by a series of functional exercises that will challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate. We'll finish with a cool-down to help your body recover and prepare for the rest of your evening.

Our spin off of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. GRIIT gets down and sweaty. This is a fast paced class and we recommend that you have taken personal instruction or group classes with us before doing this class if you are a beginner. Form is key and can very quickly get lost when you speed things up.
