Body Boost

Unplug and Recharge! Need to unwind after a long day? Join us for a fun and effective workout that will help you de-stress and recharge. This class combines low impact strength training with active recovery to leave you feeling energized. We'll start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement, followed by a series of functional exercises that will challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate. We'll finish with a cool-down to help your body recover and prepare for the rest of your evening.
Bulletproof Knees

Your knees carry you through life—whether you’re sprinting, jumping, squatting, or simply climbing the stairs. But for many people, they’re also a source of pain, stiffness, or recurring injury. This class changes that.
Built on the proven principles of ATG training, Bulletproof Knees rebuilds your foundation from the ground up. You’ll develop strength, mobility, and resilience through the full range of motion—restoring confidence in every step you take.
In this class, you’ll:
Strengthen key muscles that protect the knees, including quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves
Mobilize joints safely and effectively for smoother, pain-free movement
Reinforce tendons and ligaments for long-term joint integrity
Boost athletic ability—jump higher, run faster, move better

You can increase intensity by incorporating weights or adding more challenging movements to the circuits. Our spin off of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. GRIIT gets down and sweaty. This is a fast paced class and we recommend that you have taken personal instruction or group classes with us before doing this class if you are a beginner. Form is key and can very quickly get lost when you speed things up.

SPIN

MON | 8am | Dafne = Come ready to challenge yourself to a killer soundtrack and leave feeling accomplished. This class is designed to challenge you while respecting your individual needs, helping you achieve more than you thought possible—no matter your fitness level.
TUES | 8:15am | Autumn = This energetic ride includes some faster speeds with proper form instruction. The fun and inspiring music causes this class to fly by quickly. Seniors welcome! ​
WED | 5:30am | Susan = Good mornings start with a strong mix of endurance, hills, sprints. Appropriate for intermediate and advanced riders.

SAT | 8am | Michelle = Ready for a relaxed ride to kick off your Saturday? Join our Coffeehouse Spin—a low-pressure class where the coffee is brewing and the pace is all yours. This is the perfect place for beginners to get a feel for spin, hang out, and have a good time.
